Getting Started
What do I receive after ordering?
You receive an Xtream Codes API consisting of three things: a Server URL, a Username, and a Password. You also receive an M3U playlist URL. Both work in IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, and most other IPTV players.
How long does activation take?
Typically within 15 minutes during active hours. Maximum 2 hours. We send your credentials via WhatsApp or Email — whichever you used to confirm your order.
Do I need any technical knowledge to set up IPTV?
No. Our setup guides are written for complete beginners. If you follow the step-by-step guide for your device, you will be streaming within 5 minutes of receiving your credentials.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — we offer a free 24-hour trial with full access to all channels and 4K quality. Contact us on WhatsApp to request your trial.

Which devices does the service work on?
Our service works on: Amazon Firestick (all models), Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad (iOS), Samsung Smart TV (via sideloaded apps), LG Smart TV, Android TV (Sony, Philips, TCL), MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, PC/Mac (via VLC), and more.
Which apps can I use?
IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, Perfect Player, VLC, Smart IPTV, and most Xtream Codes-compatible players.
Can I use it on my PC or laptop?
Yes. Install VLC Media Player or the Smarters Pro PC version, then enter your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. Our service works worldwide. Channel availability is not location-dependent — all channels are always available regardless of where you are.
Plans & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept USDT (ERC20/Tether) and Bitcoin (BTC). Contact us via WhatsApp if you need an alternative arrangement.
Do plans auto-renew?
Never. There is no automatic renewal. When your plan expires, you choose whether to continue by placing a new order.
Can I add more devices to my existing plan?
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp with your current Order ID and we will add extra devices to your account for $30 each.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your access stops. Your credentials are kept on file for 30 days. If you renew within 30 days, we restore your account without requiring a new setup.
Can I get a refund?
Because we offer a 24-hour free trial, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions. The trial is designed to let you verify the service quality before paying.
Technical
What internet speed do I need?
Minimum 10 Mbps for HD quality. 20 Mbps for FHD (1080p). 25 Mbps or higher for 4K streams. A wired Ethernet connection always performs better than Wi-Fi for streaming.
Why is my stream buffering?
The most common cause is internet speed below 10 Mbps. Other causes: Wi-Fi interference (switch to 5GHz band), VPN slowing connection (disable it), or ISP throttling IPTV traffic. Our servers use multi-CDN delivery to minimize server-side buffering.
Why does it say "Authorization Failed"?
This means the credentials you entered are incorrect or your subscription has expired. Check for typos in the Server URL (one wrong character causes this). Contact us via WhatsApp for an instant credential reset.
Does it work with a VPN?
Yes, but a VPN can reduce stream quality. We recommend not using a VPN unless your ISP specifically throttles IPTV traffic. If you must use one, choose a server in the UK or US for best performance.
How do I update my channel list?
In IPTV Smarters Pro: long-press a channel category > Refresh. In TiviMate: Settings > Playlists > your playlist > Update. Channel updates happen automatically on our side — you just need to refresh the local cache.
